When you setup an iphone for use with our free email system these are the steps to follow.
go to: settings -> Mail, Contacts, Calendars, -> add account -> other -> add mail account.
Now enter the following information:

Email: Name@domain.com
Password: ######
Description: (fills in automatically)

Email: Name@example.com
Description: company name
incoming mail server
Host Name: example.com
User Name: Name@example.com
Password: ######
outgoing mail server
Host Name: example.com
User Name: Name@domain.com
Password: ######
After all information is entered, it gets verified and you are taken to a new screen. Hit 'save' in the top right corner.
Once the information has been saved, you can exit 'settings' and go to 'mail'. From here, go the list of your mailboxes and you should see your new email listed. You have now finished setting up your email for mobile.
