finder -> Go
search: etc/hosts
drag ‘hosts’ file to desktop
Open the host file on your desktiop.
Add (underneath all other entries) your server name (xx.xx.xx.xxx) then a space then site name.
Save your change.
Then replace the hosts file in host folder with the newly saved hosts file from your desktop.
Don't forget to remove your change to the host file after 48 hours.
