The best friend of the web developer is firebug. There are lots of great articles about firebug but if you haven't heard about it you can't lean more about it right? So just trust us and go install firebug. It works with many popular browsers but it works the best with Firefox.
Extra Note: An add on for firebug that will help you find your exact path for selenium commands is FirePath. Give this a try for the tricky Xpath locations, like in bootstrap designs.
