Here is the location of "DNS Management" in the dependent media user interface.
First login to your account at dependentmedia.com, then select the dropdown menu item "Domains" -> "My Domains".
On the "My Domains" page select the wrench next to the domain name you would like to manage.
Then select "DNS Management" from the menu on the left.
And now we have arrived at the "DNS Management" Page.
