Free Website Offer: Terms

Effective October 12, 2026.

These terms apply when you order a Site Care plan with a free website (“the Offer”). They add to
our Terms of Service.

1. What you get. We design and build a Standard Website for your business at no charge, as
described on this page, and host and maintain it under your chosen Site Care plan.

2. Your commitment. In return you agree to keep your Site Care plan active for the
commitment term: 24 months on Growth Site Care, or 12 months on Managed Site Care, starting on
the date your website goes live. You pay the plan’s normal monthly price during that time.
After the term ends, the plan continues month to month and you may cancel at any time.

3. If you cancel early. The free website has a value of $2,000. If you cancel, downgrade
below the qualifying plan, or your account is closed for non-payment before the commitment term
ends, you agree to pay the unearned part of that value: $2,000 multiplied by the number of months
left in the term, divided by the length of the term. We will invoice this amount when the plan
ends. Once it is paid, or once the term is complete, the website is fully yours.

4. Your website and domain. Your domain name and the content you supply are always yours.
When the website is fully yours (see section 3), we will give you a complete copy of it on request.

5. Scope. The free website covers up to 8 pages, your existing text and photos, up to 3 pages
of new copy, a contact form and two rounds of revisions before launch. Online stores, custom
features, extra pages and other work outside this scope are quoted separately before we start.

6. Timing. We start the build when we have your content and logins. If we are waiting on you
for more than 60 days, we may launch with what we have, and the commitment term starts then.

7. Eligibility. The Offer is for new clients only and cannot be combined with other discounts.
One free website per business.
